Dead Presidents (1995) [Jose "Joe"]: Crushed against a wall by a police car after running into a dead-end alley after a robbery.
Poseidon (2006) [Valentin]: Impaled on the elevator machinery when he falls down the shaft, after Richard Dreyfuss (ordered by Josh Lucas) shakes him off rather than die with him (as an elevator is going down above them).
Grindhouse (2007) ["El Wray"]: Shot repeatedly in a shootout with a zombie soldier to protect a pregnant Rose McGowan, he dies after spending his final moments talking to her.
Soldiers of Fortune (2012) [Captain Mike Reed]: Killed in an explosion when a missile hits his boat, as Christian Slater watches on in shock.
V/H/S/85 (2023) [Detective Wayne]: Shot in the forehead by James Ransone.

Six Feet Under: Everyone's Waiting (2005) [Federico Diaz]: Dies of a heart attack on a cruise ship, with Justina Machado sitting beside him, in the future-epilogue sequence. (Thanks to Matt)
Teen Titans Go!: Snuggle Time (2016; animated) [Mas y Menos]: Both of them are stabbed to death, alongside the rest of Titans East, by spiked walls, after being trapped by the Titans; they come back to life in further episodes with no explanation. (Played for comic effect.)
