Foxy Brown (1974) [Bunyon]: Run over with a biplane by Pam Grier.
Die Hard (1988) [Nakatomi Security Guard 2]: Shot twice in the chest with a silenced handgun by Alexander Godunov, after Alexander stuns him with smoke bombs.
Blind Fury (1989) [Ski Lodge Killer #6]: Slashed with a sword by Rutger Hauer.
The Last Boy Scout (1991) [Marcone's Goon]: Shot by Bruce Willis.
Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995) [Smith's Grove Doctor]: Has his face bashed against a metal bar gate four times by Michael Myers (A. Michael Lerner). After the fourth blow, Michael proceeds to press Fred’s face through the bars, and out the other side. An extended version can be seen in a workprint, where large gory pieces of Fred’s face can be seen falling to the floor as its pushed through the gate.

The Last Day (1975) [Bartee]: Shot twice in the chest by Morgan Woodward, who manages to draw his gun after Fred has attacked and tried to knife him.
Airwolf: The Girl Who Fell From The Sky (1986) [Henderson]: Inadvertently shot in the back by William Smith during a struggle with Jan-Michael Vincent while William was aiming for Jan-Michael and Kristina Wayborn.
