- Doctor Who: The Faceless Ones part 6 (1967) [Jamie McCrimmon/Duplicate Jamie]: Playing a dual role as both the real Jamie McCrimmon and an alien impersonator, the alien is gunned down, alongside Bernard Kay, by Victor Winding as he tries to escape (the real Jamie survives the episode).
- Emmerdale (6th June 1995) [Joe Sugden]: Dies (offscreen) in a car accident in Spain.
