- A Scream in the Dark (1943) [Sam 'Benny' Lackey]: Shot in the back by police officer Jack La Rue after shooting at Jack, one of whose bullets goes through a door and kills Elizabeth Russell. (Thanks to Brian).
- Relentless (1948) [Jim Rupple]: Shot in a gunfight by Robert Young after he has stolen Robert's horse and ridden it to death through the heavy snow and the angry Robert has tracked him through the snow. (Thanks to Brian)
- The Doolins of Oklahoma (1949) [Red Buck]: Gunned down by George Macready's posse. We hear the shots then see his body hit the ground. (Thanks to Brian)
