- The Prisoner of Shark Island (1936) [John Wilkes Booth]: Shot off-screen by Boston Corbett. His death is only mentioned on the screen caption.
- The Kansan (1943) [Gil Hatton]: Shot out-of-picture by Richard Dix, who follows him into a store during the big shootout in the streets between the townsmen and the gunslingers; we just see Richard shooting.
- The Ten Commandments (1956) [Simon]: Stabbed in the chest by an Egyptian soldier; he dies shortly afterwards while talking to Charlton Heston.
