- Captain America (1990) [Valentina de Santis]: Decapitated (off-screen) by Matt Salinger's shield, before she can shoot Matt, when the shield ricochets off her father (Scott Paulin) - knocking him over a cliff and killing him - and boomerangs back to her; the shot cuts away just before the shield reaches her.
- Outrage (1993) [Ana]: Dies of internal bleeding due to injuries from a brutal rape she had gone through earlier in the movie. (Rather than get medical attention, she hunted down and killed her assailants, thus inadvertently causing her own death as well.)
- Collateral Damage (2002) [Selena Perrini]: Electrocuted when Arnold Schwarzenegger throws her into some electronic equipment during a fight.
