- Harry Brown (2009) [Troy Martindale]: Shot in the head with a handgun by Michael Caine, just after Forbes had sexually assaulted Jack O'Connell inside his car.
- Airborn (2012) [Smoker]: Poisoned when Craig Conway switches his pills.
Television Deaths[]
- Game of Thrones: Valar Morghulis (2012) [Black Lorren]: Flayed alive off-screen by Iwan Rheon, along with Ralph Ineson and all the other surrendering Ironborn at Winterfell. However, his fate is not revealed until the episode Mhysa, when Patrick Malahide recieves a letter from Iwan confirming that Forbes and the others were all flayed alive almost immediately after they surrendered to him.
