- Investigation of a Citizen Above Suspicion (Indagine su un cittidano al di sopra di ogni sospetto) (1970) [Augusta Terzi]: Throat slit by Gian Maria Volonte in her bedroom. There is also a flashback scene showing her "playing dead" as part of their sex games, recreating various crime scenes he had investigated.
- The Last Valley (1971) [Erica]: Executed by being burned at the stake. (Thanks to Johnny)
- Don't Torture a Duckling (Non si sevizia un paperino) (1972) [Maciara]: Beaten to death with chains by a lynch mob led by Lucio Fulci; she manages to stagger to the side of the road before dying.
- Flavia the Heretic (Flavia; la monaca musulmana; many other alternate titles) (1974) [Flavia]: Skinned alive.
- The Day That Shook the World (Sarajevski atentat) (1975) [Sophie]: Shot in the chest/stomach by Irfan Mensur while riding in a car with Christopher Plummer (I haven't seen this movie myself, but I'm familiar with the historic events.)
