- Smallville: Forever (2005) [Haley Timmonds]: Frozen into a wax statue by Steven Grayhm while trying to escape his fake high school in the factory. As Kristin Kreuk and Allison Mack attempt to escape as well, Steven appears with her severed head who then throws it down the stairs, shattering it to pieces, to scare them into not leaving.
