Summary[]
A burned out FBI special agent and profiler suffering from post-traumatic stress takes early retirement and flees to Chicago to overcome his guilt at failing to save his lover from a serial killer dubbed The Watcher who ritualistically preys on victims with piano wire. As he attends therapy sessions and struggles to deal with his crippling migraines and dependency on the prescription drugs. Only to discover that The Watcher has followed him from Los Angeles challenging his opponent to finding his potential victims before he does
