- Scary Movie 3 (2003) [Himself]: Shot to death in a big shoot-out with several other rappers; the scene cuts from the gunfight to a shot of all the rappers lying dead as the smoke clears.
- Derailed (2005) [Winston Boyko]: Shot in the head by Vincent Cassel while RZA is sitting in his car with Clive Owen. (Thanks to Eric)
- The Protector 2 (Warrior King 2) (2013) [LC]: Killed in an explosion when Tony Jaa has his elephant lift RZA off of the ground because RZA is holding onto its tusks and Tony kicks him off taking the ends of the elephant`s tusks off that had a bomb inside of them, causing them to explode.
- The Dead Don't Die (2019) [Dean]: Eaten alive (off-screen) by zombies. He is later seen as a zombie himself.
