Romy and Michele's High School Reunion (1997) [Romy White]: In a dream sequence, Mira dies of old age while giving Lisa Kudrow the middle finger; she survives the film in reality. (Played for Comedic Effect)
The Grey Zone (2001) [Dina]: Dies after grabbing an electric fence and is fried rather than give info to the Nazis who were mass murdering women at the camp until Mira gave them the info they wanted.
Perfect Sisters (2014) [Linda]: Drowned in a bathtub by Abigail Breslin while Georgie Henley looks on.

Norma Jean & Marilyn (1996 TV) [Marilyn Monroe]: Dies of a sleeping pill overdose. Contradicting the actual events of history, the movie shows her dying in the ambulance rather than being found dead at the scene.
Psych: A Nightmare on State Street (2014) [Det. Betsy Brannigan]: Killed by zombies when they swarm all over her while shooting at them. This turns out to be Dule Hill's nightmare; she survives in reality.
Falling Skies: Hatchlings (2015) [Sara]: Devoured from the waist down by alien insects while trapped in an extra-terrestrial fog that sticks to the ground. She speaks her last words to Colin Cunningham before dying in his arms.
Condor: Mistrust Blossoms (2018) [Marty Frost]: Shot in the forehead by Max Irons.
The Expecting: Maternity Leave (2020) [Dr. Caroline Green]: Stabbed in stomach and chest by AnnaSophia Robb for attempting to kidnap her newborn baby.
