Torn: Episode 3 (2007) [Joanne Taylor]: Accidentally killed by her husband (Bradley Walsh) when he shoves her and she hits her head on a coffee table. He then throws her body out the window in an attempt to make it look like a suicide.
The Turn Of The Screw (2009) [Carla]: Apparently commits suicide by throwing herself off the roof of the mansion. However, the suspicion is that she has been pushed/influenced by the ghost of Quint (Edward MacLiam ). (Thanks to Brian)
MI-5 (A.K.A. Spooks): Episode 10.6 (2011) [Ruth Evershed]: Shot by an assassin. She talks to a crying Peter Firth as she dies in his arms.
