- Dear God No! (2011) [Randal]: Torn in half (off-screen) by the monster (Jim Stacy) outside the house; the monster then throws the upper half of Shane's body into the house through the window, then drags him out again (still alive and screaming) by his intestines. His severed head is shown afterwards in the woods when his brother (John Collins) discovers it.
- Frankenstein Created Bikers (2016) [Randal]: Having been brought back to life by Paul McComiskey's formula before the film begins, he dies once more in an explosion after his sister (Tristan Risk) throws a grenade to him and he assumes it's a harmless joke.
