- The Quiet Ones (2014) [Jane Harper]: (1) Clinically dead when Jared Harris injects her in order to capture a light picture of the demon inside her; she's revived with adrenaline with Sam Claflin. (2) Commits suicide by using her powers to spontaneously combust as Sam watches in horror.
- Me And Earl And The Dying Girl (2015) [Rachel]: Dies (off-screen) from leukemia shortly after slipping into a coma; her death is revealed in Thomas Mann's narration.
- The Limehouse Golem (2016) [Elizabeth Cree]: Executed by hanging (off-screen). We only see Olivia about to hang before cutting to Bill Nighy, where the sound is heard as he looks at his watch.
- Ready Player One (2018) [Samantha Cook/Art3mis]: In the virtual reality "Oasis" world, Olivia's avatar "Art3mis" is shot by Tye Sheridan to force her to disconnect from the game before Ben Mendelsohn discovers her in the real world. Olivia survives in reality.
