- Hex: Death Takes The Mother (2005) [Cassie Hughes]: Stabbed with an enchanted dagger by Laura Pyper when she throws herself in front of the blade to stop Laura sacrificing her infant son. Her body then disappears as she's "cast into darkness, body and soul".
- Rosemary's Baby: Part Two (2014) [Julie]: Scalds her face in a restaurant kitchen, which causes her to slip and fall and crack her skull open.
- Partners in Crime: N or M: Part 3 (2015) [Mrs. Sprot]: Pushed over the railing of a theater balcony during a struggle with Jessica Raine and falls to her death.
- Grantchester: S6 E2 (2021) [Joan Beaumont]: Accidentally killed when walking backwards away from Rebecca Stone and she trips on the stairs, falling and smashing her head. ( Thanks to Brian)
