- Jack Frost (1997) [Jill Metzner]: Head repeatedly bashed against the bathroom wall while the snowman rapes her in the bathtub. (Nudity alert: Rear)
- Scary Movie (2000) [Buffy Gilmore]: Stabbed in the stomach, then decapitated by the masked killer in the locker room. Shannon's severed head continues to make sarcastic remarks even after being cut off. (Played for comic effect.)
- Cursed (2005) [Becky]: Torn in half at the waist by a werewolf after it pulls her out of her car; she manages to pull herself along the ground with her arms for a brief time before finally dying of shock, while Christina Ricci and Jesse Eisenberg look on in horror.
- Night of the Demons (2009) [Angela]: Bitten by a demon skeleton, turning her into a demon; she is finally destroyed when Monica Keena escapes the house before they can turn her into a demon.
