- Secret Ceremony (1968) [Cenci]: Commits suicide, presumably by a drug overdose (we don't see her taking anything, but we see her collapse and die). Her body is later shown lying in a coffin at her funeral.
- The Haunting of Julia (1977) [Julia Lofting]: Throat slit with the cymbals of a clown toy by the ghost of Samantha Gates. The movie ends with the camera panning out to show Mia bleeding out.
- Death on the Nile (1978) [Jacqueline de Bellefort]: Commits suicide by shooting herself in the head after doing the same to Simon MacCorkindale.
- The Omen (2006) [Mrs. Baylock]: Deliberately struck a car driven by Liev Schreiber when she attempts to prevent him from taking Seamus Davey-Fitzpatrick. (See also Billie Whitelaw in the 1976 version.)
