Hatchet (2006) [Misty]: Decapitated and dismembered by Kane Hodder in the woods; her body parts are shown afterwards as Kane throws them towards Joel David Moore.
XII (2008) [Vicki]: Throat slashed by Jeremy Fitzgerald as he cuts the skin off her face.
Thirst (2010) [Atheria]: Dies of internal bleeding following a car accident.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Graduation Day Part 2 (1999) [Harmony Kendall]: Bitten on the throat and drained of blood by a vampire during the vampires' assault on the school. She later reappeared as a vampire in subsequent episodes and in the spin-off series Angel.
Supernatural: Fresh Blood (2007) [Lucy]: Decapitated (off-camera) with a machete by Jensen Ackles after she's turned into a vampire; we only hear her scream and the sound of her head hitting the floor from off-camera.
Vipers (2008) [Georgie]: Bitten by the mutated vipers while in bed; her body is shown again afterwards when Aaron Pearl discovers her. (Nudity alert: Topless)
Medium Raw: Night of the Wolf (2010; TV film) [Gillian Garvey]: Stabbed in the stomach with metal "claws" by William B. Davis in his office.
