Saw IV (2007) [Ivan Landsness]: Dismembered by scythe blades rigged up in a death trap by Tobin Bell, after Tobin gives him the chance to free himself by blinding himself; Marty does pull out one of his own eyes but is unable to continue before the trap goes off. His body is shown again afterwards when Athena Karkanis and Scott Patterson discover him. (Thanks to ND)
Dead Before Dawn 3D (2012) [Hillbilly Cleitus]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by shooting himself in the chest with Max Topplin's rifle, after Devon Bostick makes eye contact with him; he reappears as a zombie-demon, along with Max, while driving after Devon and the others, and is killed again when Devon throws a live grenade through their window. His death is undone when Devon sacrifices himself in order to remove the curse from the town. (Played for comic effect.)
