- The Minus Man (1999) [Gene Panich]: Poisoned when he drinks from Owen Wilson's flask while riding with Owen in his car.
- The Crow: Salvation (2000) [Alex Corvis/The Crow]: Executed in the electric chair after being set up by Fred Ward and his cohorts for Jodi Lyn O'Keefe's murder; he later comes back to life as a supernatural being and returns to the afterlife when Ward dies (for most of the role, Eric wore burn scar makeup).
- Tempted (2001) [Ted]: Shot to death by Saffron Burrows.
- Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004) [Matt/Nemesis] Dies when a burning helicopter crashes into him, after he shoots the helicopter with his own rocket launcher. (NOTE! While Eric doesn't appear in the film as his character from the first film was turned into a monster between films, I will still list this as it was his character from the first film).
