Film Deaths[]

The Matrix Reloaded (2003) [Axel]: Falls to his death when the walkway on his ship collapses as he's trying to cross it, inadvertently impaling Socratis Otto with a piece of the walkway as a result. His body is then destroyed in an explosion, when Sentinels destroy their ship.
Saw III (2006) [Adam Staheight]: Suffocated with a plastic bag by Shawnee Smith as a mercy killing after Leigh is left chained in a bathroom. (Leigh's death was previously confirmed in Saw II, where his body was represented by a special-effects dummy, but his actual death scene occurs in this film.)
Death Sentence (2007) [Spink]: Killed when Kevin Bacon rams the side of Leigh's truck with a car.
Dying Breed (2008) [Matt]: Eaten by Sheridan Harvey after Billie Brown paralyzes Leigh with a spiked drink (off-screen); the scene ends with Sheridan preparing to bite his face.
Raze (2013) [Elevator Guard]: Neck snapped by Zoë Bell in an elevator.
Crush (2013) [David]: Stabbed to death by Caitriona Balfe. His body is shown again when Crystal Reed sees him.
The Mule (2014) [Gavin]: Pushed off hotel rooftop.
The Bye Bye Man (2017) [Larry]: Commits suicide by drinking drain cleaner.
