- The Final (2010) [Kelli]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by overdosing on pills; it's ambiguous as to whether she dies or not, but her fate is strongly implied.
- Kill Game (2013) [Courtney]: While Laura is lying on an operating table to undergo plastic surgery, the killer (Ryan Carr) butchers her doctors and turns off the anesthesia, forcing her to regain consciousness. Once Laura is fully conscious and able to feel pain but strapped down and helpless, Ryan carves a large hole into her side and slowly pulls out her intestines.
