- Stargate SG-1: A Matter of Time (1998) [Watts]: Torn apart by increasing tidal forces along with the planet with Kurt Max Runte, Nickolas Baric and female team member, after they are unable to gate out of P3W-451 due time dilatation caused by newly formed black hole.
- Smallville: Delete (2004) [Max Taylor]: Stabbed in the ear with a pencil by his secretary (Suzanne Ristic), who had been hypnotized by an e-mail from Missy Peregrym to kill him, as Jim is talking to Allison Mack on the phone.
