- Deadline (1988) [Lady Romy-Burton]: Drowned in the ocean (off-screen); her body is shown afterwards when some fishermen discover her, and John Hurt runs towards the commotion. (I couldn’t tell whether her death was supposed to be a suicide or an accident).
- Othello (1990) [Desdemona]: Smothered with a pillow by Willard White; she dies shortly afterwards after saying her last words to Zoe Wanamaker.
- Jack and Sarah (1995) [Sarah]: Dies in childbirth (off-screen); Her body is shown afterwards when Richard E. Grant goes into her hospital room and learns of her death.
TV Deaths[]
- Marple: The Moving Finger (2006) [Mona Symmington]: Poisoned (off-screen) after Harry Enfield switches her medicine with cyanide, then arranges the scene to look like suicide. Her body is shown afterwards when Harry pretends to "discover" her. (Thanks to Hamish)
