- A View to a Kill (1985) [Jenny Flex]: Drowns, along with Papillon Soo and other miners when Christopher Walken floods the mineshaft by detonating a bomb. Her body is shown floating in the water afterwards when Roger Moore and Grace Jones discover her while trying to escape. (Thanks to Adrian, Johan, Christopher, and Garrett)
- Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989) [Dr. Elsa Schneider]: Falls down a seemingly-bottomless crevice, after she foolishly disregards the Knight's warning not to take the Grail past the Holy Seal. When Harrison Ford tries to rescue Alison and the Grail, her leather glove suddenly slips off. She then disappears into the misty abyss below...marking this as the only Indiana Jones film in which Indy DOESN'T get the girl. (Thanks to Kefka and Jeff)
- RRR (2022) [Catherine Buxton]: Killed in an explosion; her body is seen after her husband (Ray Stevenson) finds her in the rubble.
TV Deaths[]
- Waking the Dead: The Fall (2007) [Katherine Keane]: Having sex with Nigel Whitmey when her former lover Terence Harvey enters the room and kills them with a single shot through his back and her chest. Their bodies, still sexually conjoined, are found 15 years later. (Thanks to Brian)
