- Diary of a Cloistered Nun (Storia di una monaca di clausura) (1973) [Carmela]: Dies (off-screen) of bubonic plague; the movie ends with some on-screen text informing us of her death.
- Inferno (1980) [Sara]: Stabbed in the back by a mysterious figure; she collapses (tearing through a curtain) and dies just as Leigh McClosky arrives.
- Morte di una strega (1995) [Pina Acciai]: Reportedly hit on the head. (I haven’t seen this movie myself) (Thanks to Johan)
