- Sweeney! (1977) [Bianca Hamilton]: Machine-gunned in the back (with exit wounds through her chest and stomach) by Michael Coles while walking down the stairs. She was machine-gunned again in her chest and stomach as Michael was getting away and she was falling on the floor on her back. (Thanks to G-Man)
