- Scooby-Doo! and the Gourment Ghost (2018; animated) [Edward DuFlay/Henry Metcalf]: Voicing a character from the past, he died sometime before the start of the movie, and only appears in flashbacks. Henry Metcalf survives the movie.
TV Deaths[]
- Dragon Ball Z: Ginyu Assault (1999; anime) [Recoome]: Obliterated with an energy blast by Vegeta (Christopher Sabat).
- Beast Machines: Transformers: Endgame, Pt. III: Seeds of the Future (2000; animated) [Megatron]: Falls into the core of Cybertron with Optimus Primal (Garry Chalk), releasing the sparks they're containing all over the planet.
- Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Takeoff Into Confusion (2000; anime) [Treize Khushrenada]: Killed when Wufei (Ted Cole) impales the cockpit of the Tallgeese II with the Altron Gundam's Beam Trident, causing it to explode much to Wufei's confusion and sadness.
- Transformers: Cybertron: Cybertron (2006; animated) [Megatron]: Shot by an energy blast, fired by Optimus Prime (Garry Chalk) and Vector Prime (Richard Newman), causing him to disintegrate. He returns to life a couple of episodes later as Galvatron.
- Transformers: Cybertron: Unfinished (2006; animated) [Galvatron]: Impaled by Optimus Prime (Garry Chalk) wielding Vector Prime's (Richard Newman) sword.
- Transformers Animated: Transform and Roll Out (2007; animated) [Optimus Prime]: Died briefly after sacrificing himself to get the Allspark out of Starscream's (Tom Kenny) hands. He is then revived by Sari (Tara Strong) by using the AllSpark Key.
- Transformers Prime: Hurt (2012; animated) [Hardshell]: Killed by Miko (Tania Gunadi), who fired missiles at him from the Jackhammer. His body is brought back to Megatron (Frank Welker) who is informed on how he died.
- Ducktales: McMystery at McDuck McManor (2018; animated) [Duckworth]: Died sometime before the events of the series, as he spends the whole series as a Ghost.
Video Game Deaths[]
- Transformers (2004) [Megatron]: Commits suicide by falling into a volcano after declining Optimus Prime's (Garry Chalk) offer to help.
- Resistance 2 (2008) [Nathan Hale]: Succumbs to Chimera virus contracted by infected crawlers in a previous game, later mercifully shot in the head by David Boat.
