Wyatt Earp (1994) [Allie Earp]: Dies (off-screen) of ripe old-age. Her death is mentioned in the on-screen text at the end.
The Life Before This (1999) [Sheena]: Shot in the back (off-screen) in the crossfire of a shoot-out between David Hewlett and Joel Keller in a cafe. Her body is shown lying on the floor afterwards. (After this opening scene, the movie "rewinds" to the start of the day, leading up to an alternate outcome; in the second version, Catherine decides not to go into the cafe, and thus survives.) Bartok the Magnificent (1999; animated) [Ludmilla]: Falls to her death and gets crushed by the palace's tower in her dragon form during a fight with Bartok (voiced by Hank Azaria).
The Addams Family (2019) [Grandma Frump]: Dies (off-screen) of undisclosed causes. We learn of her death during the beginning of the film where Morticia (Charlize Theron) uses her mother's ashes for her eye shadow for her wedding to Gomez (Oscar Isaac). She and her husband's (Martin Short) voices are heard during a séance when Morticia is contacting them through a Ouija Board.
Argylle (2024) [Dr. Margaret Vogler]: Hit in the head with a wrench by Ariana DeBose. While the hit isn't a confirmed kill, the boat she is on explodes shortly afterwards.

A Series of Unfortunate Events: The Miserable Mill Part 2 (2017) [Dr. Georgina Orwell]: Burned alive in a fire after accidentally falling into a furnace.
