Synopsis[]
Beaten into a coma on her way home one night by her abusive ex-husband, successful author Veronica Henley, awakens to discover she is now trapped in a twisted new reality in a race against time to free herself from this nightmarish fantasy by uncovering a mind-bending mysteries surrounding this other existence. In doing so she discovers that she's in Antebellum, an isolated community where slavery was never abolished and that it's occupants get to carry on pre-civil war ways of life-
