- The X-Files: Avatar (1996) [Carina Sayles]: Neck snapped (off-screen) in a hotel room by a supernatural being. Her body is shown afterwards when Mitch Pileggi wakes up next to her and discovers she's dead, and again in the morgue while Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny examine her. - Stargate SG-1: The Nox (1997) [Captain Samantha Carter]: Killed, along with the rest of the SG-1 team, by a Goa'uld; they are later brought back to life by the Nox aliens. (Thanks to Victor)
- Stargate SG-1: 2010 (2001) [Samantha Carter]: Zapped to death in an alternate timeline along with Richard Dean Anderson, Michael Shanks and Christopher Judge by a laser guided defense system. The actual character survives.
- Sanctuary: Requiem (2008) [Dr. Helen Magnus]: Is temporarily clinically dead from asphyxiation after Robin Dunne shuts down the ventilation system in order to get rid of the parasite infecting her; she is revived after the parasite leaves her body. (Thanks to John)

- Motive: The One That Got Away (2013) [Dr. Kate Robbins]: Shot in the chest by Kristin Lehman when she refuses to drop her gun.
