House on Haunted Hill (1999) [Watson Pritchett]: Consumed by the supernatural forces made of all the buildings spirits after pushing Ali Larter out of the way it’s tendrils, while yelling at her to run. (he appears as a ghost to help the remaining survivors to escape).
Monkeybone (2001) [Organ Donor Stu]: Dies (off-screen) after his neck is broken in a stunt gone wrong, he briefly comes back to life as Brendan Fraser’s mind/soul takes over his body and dies once again when he falls from a deflating balloon.
Undercover Brother (2002) [Mr. Feather]: Eaten by a shark (when it jumps out of the water) after falling into the ocean from being stabbed in the rear by a sharp set of Afro picks/combs flung by Eddie Griffin whilst Chris is clinging to Robert Trumbull’s helicopter rung. (Played for comic effect.)
Santa's Slay (2005) [Jason Mason]: Kicked into the glass door of a cabinet by (the very-strong) Bill Goldberg. (Played for comic effect.)
Foodfight! (2012) [Polar Penguin]: Killed in a battle. Later resurrected by Charlie Sheen.

Sharknado 5: Global Swarming (2017 TV) [Prime Minister]: Crushed by a shark after it crashes through the ceiling, after he goads it to "take [its] best shot".
Voltron: Legendary Defender: Knights of Light part 2 (2018; animated [Blaytz]: Killed by a magic attack along with Trigel (Angie Harmon), and Gyrgan (Geno Segers) from Haggar (Cree Summer).
