Synopsis[]
In 1990s Los Angeles, William Foster (Michael Douglas) a disgruntled unemployed defense worker abandons his car in the middle of traffic and goes on a violent rampage, trying to reach his family for his daughter's birthday, while Martin Prendergast (Robert Duvall) a police officer only hours away from retirement, must find Foster and end his rampage.
