Film Deaths[]

Knight and Day (2010) [Bernhard]: Struck by an oncoming train after getting knocked out a window at the end of a fight with Tom Cruise. Earlier in the fight, Falk had been stabbed in the chest with a kitchen knife by Cameron Diaz, although this did not seem to be fatal.
White House Down (2013) [Motts]: Shot in the chest and head by James Woods. We only see James firing.

NCIS: Los Angeles: Archangel (2011) [Bradford Harris Elgin]: Shot to death in a shoot-out with Chris O'Donnell.
Arrow: Legends of Yesterday (2015) [Carter Hall/Khufu]: Playing a dual role as Khufu and his present reincarnated version, Carter Hall, Khufu is killed after being stabbed in the stomach by Casper Crump in Ancient Egypt and Carter is impaled in the chest by two knives by Casper in the present (The later death happens in an alternate timeline, however, due to Grant Gustin running fast enough to go back to the previous day, so Falk is still alive in the present time. It is also worth nothing that Falk has been reincarnated numerous times prior to the series.)
Legends of Tomorrow: Pilot, Part 2 (2016) [Carter Hall/Khufu]: Killed after being stabbed in the chest by Casper Crump as Ciara Renée looks on in shock. He is later revealed to have reincarnated and brainwashed to be a member of Casper's army in the episode Leviathan.
