- The Shadow Line: Episode 6 (2011) [Petra Mayler]: Knocked unconscious with a blow to the throat by Stephen Rea, who then injects her with an overdose of morphine that she had intended to use on him.
- The Challenger Disaster (2013) [Sally Ride]: Dies (off-screen) of pancreatic cancer in 2012. We are informed of her death in the on-screen text at the end of the film (along with a photo of the real Sally Ride).
- The Honourable Woman: The Paring Knife (2014) [Monica Chatwin]: Strangled by two masked assailants while she is sleeping.
- Fate: The Winx Saga: A Fanatic Heart (2021) [Farah Dowling]: Suspended into air by Lesley Sharp, who then snaps her neck using magic.
- House of the Dragon: The Red Dragon and the Gold (2024) [Rhaenys Targaryen]: Falls to her death while riding her dragon Meleys, after the latter was killed in a battle with Vhagar and Ewan Mitchell. Eve takes a final look at her dragon as she accepts her fate, with her dragon landing on the castle walls below.
