- The ABC Murders: Episode 1 (2018) [Betty Barnard]: Strangled with a stocking by Andrew Buchan. Comparing film Betty's murder to Betty's murder in Agatha's book, book Betty is strangled with her braided silk belt on Bexhill Beach. Poirot surmised the flirtatious pretty Betty is charmed by her killer believing he is romantically removing her belt in a playful way saying "I shall strangle you" and "she giggles" but he pulls it tight. Film Betty insulted a stocking salesman, so her murder weapon makes him a prime suspect for Poirot.
- You: Hampsie (2023) [Gemma Graham-Greene]: Throat slashed (off-screen) by Penn Badgley, who's disassociating and believing himself to be Ed Speleers. Charlotte Ritchie later finds Eve's body and we are led to believe she committed the murder at first, but the actual event is shown in flashback in a later episode.
