Freddy Vs. Jason (2003) [Teen Girl]: Stabbed in head by machete swing from Ken Kirzinger, following slashing death of boyfriend at cornfield high school rave party.
The Long Weekend (2005) [Simone the Dead Supermodel]: Killed (off-screen) in a car accident while driving high on drugs, some time before she first appears; her body is shown when Brendan Fehr and Chris Klein run into the church to hide and stumble into her funeral, and the circumstances of her death are revealed when Chris tactlessly brings up the subject during his eulogy.
Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018) [Hope Van Dyne a.k.a. The Wasp]: Disintegrated from existence, along with Michael Douglas and Michelle Pfeiffer off-screen while Paul Rudd is trying to communicate with them from the Quantum realm; piles of ash appear where they were stood when the scene switches back to them. (This is shown in one of two post-credit scenes that ties into the events of Avengers: Infinity War when Josh Brolin erases half of the universe from existence.) Evangeline’s death is undone by Mark Ruffalo during Avengers: Endgame.

Kingdom Hospital: Heartless (2004) [Benton's Girlfriend']: Killed by Peter Wingfield (off-screen) from a shot to the head while Evangelina was sleeping.
What If...?: What If... Zombies? (2021; animated) [Hope Van Dyne/The Wasp]: Infected by the zombie virus. She succumbs to its effects after enlarging herself in order to transport the other survivors safely over a horde of zombies.
