The Book of Eli (2010) [Martz]: Dies after having his head slammed into a table by Denzel Washington who warned him that he would kill him. He falls down dead after talking to Denzel.
Mirrors 2 (2010) [Henry Schow]: killed off-screen by Stephanie Honoré Sanchez.
Gangster Squad (2013) [Neddy Herbert]: Shot to death by Michael Peña in the films climatic shoot-out. (Historically inaccurate, Neddy died after a shootout with an attempt on Mickey Cohen's (Sean Penn) life by Jack Dragna's (Jon Polito) henchmen; not a fictional cop from the real Gangster Squad).
Guardiand of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017) [Retch]: Thrown off a balcony by Groot (Voiced by Vin Diesel).
Shot Caller (2017) [Chopper]: Shot in the head by the police after he tries to run them over with his truck.
Den Of Thieves (2018) [Bo Bosco Ostroman] Shot by Gerard Butler.

Pacific Blue: Heat of the Moment (1998) [Billy]: Shot in the leg by Darlene Vogel in a shootout and then is shot and killed by Spencer Rochfort to put him out of his misery while he escaped in a car.
Criminal Minds: Run (2012) [Chris Stratton]: Shot in the stomach by Tricia Helfer.
CSI: Cyber: Python's Revenge (2016) [Dante Wilkerson/Python]: Shot by Patricia Arquette after intending to shoot her first.
Legends of Tomorrow: Welcome to the Jungle (2017) [Dick Rory]: Burned alive (off-screen) in 1990 when his teenage son (Mitchell Kummen) accidentally sets their family home on fire; Evan appears in the episode when the Legends travels back to the Vietnam War, reuniting with his now-adult son (Dominic Purcell).
