- O.K. (1970) [Phan Ti Mao]: Shot to death by soldiers after they rape her. (see also Thuy Thu Le in Casualties of War, based on the same incident).
- Naked Massacre (1976) [Catherine]: commits suicide by stabbing herself with a switchblade in front of Mathieu Carrière.
- Woyzeck (1979) [Marie]: Stabbed to death by Klaus Kinski. (Thanks to Dick Hertz)
- A Man Like Eva (Ein Mann wie EVA) (1984) [E.V.A.]: Playing a male role, “he” presumably dies of a drug overdose. (I haven’t seen this film but it’s based on the life of Rainer Werner Fassbinder).
