The Substitute 2: School's Out (1998) [Mase]: Killed (off-screen) in a car crash while being chased by police; we learn of his death afterwards when Treat Williams informs the classroom.
Lift (2001) [Angelo]: Shot to death by Sticky Fingaz.

Monsters: My Zombie Lover (1988) [Brad]: Presumably eaten alive (off-screen) by the zombies Tempestt Bledsoe and Steve Harper; the episode ends as his parents (Ed Wheeler and Marcella Lowery) offer him to Tempestt and Steve.
True Blood: Fire in the Hole (2014) [Jerome]: Throat ripped to shreds by Joe Manganiello in his werewolf form which then causes Eugene's body to explode.
Arrow: Genesis (2016) [Andy Diggle]: Accidentally shot in the chest by his brother (David Ramsey) when David reflexes after Eugene attempts to grab his gun.

Gears 5 (2019) [Delmont 'Del' Walker]: Has his neck snapped by Justina Machado if the player opts to have Laura Bailey throw her knife at Justina in order to save Liam McIntyre. Alternatively, Eugene can survive if the player chooses to sacrifice Liam.
