- Rasputin and the Empress (1932) [Czarina Alexandra]: Executed, along with the rest of the royal family by a firing squad of Bolsheviks in the basement. (I haven't seen this film myself, but I've read about it on other entries).
- The Spiral Staircase (1946) [Mrs. Warren]: Dies of exhaustion after she uses the last of her strength to crawl out of bed and shoot George Brent in order to stop him from killing Dorothy McGuire.
