From Hell (2001) [Ada]: Dissected by Ian Holm (who had mistaken her for Heather Graham) in her bedroom. We mostly see only Ian and not Estelle during the actual murder, but there is a brief shot of her body (a gruesome but convincing dummy) in Johnny Depp's psychic vision before the murder.
Ce jour là, tout a changé: L'évasion de Louis XVI (2009) [Marie Antoinette]: Beheaded by the guillotine.
Les Lyonnais (2011) [Lilou Suttel]: Shot to death by Laurent Fernandez's men in her home, his body is shown when his father (Tchéky Karyo) discover him.

Hornblower: The Frogs and the Lobsters (1999) [Mariette]: Shot in the back with a musket by French soldiers, while Estelle was attempting to escape with Ioan Gruffudd. Although Ioan attempts to stay by her side, he is convinced by Jamie Bamber that she has died and is forced to run.
Blood of the Vine: Médoc sur Ordonnance (2015) [Florence Colombe]: Stabbed in the chest by Sylvie Audcoeur. Her body is shown as police investigate the scene and the murder is depicted in a flashback near the end of the episode.
Research Unit: Prêt à Tout (2017) [Garance]: Strangled to death (off-screen) by Olivier Desautel. Her body is shown when Xavier Deluc discovers it.
