Deadpool & Wolverine (2024) [Cassandra Nova]: Vaporized in the explosion after Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman disrupt the power flow of the Time Ripper.
Nosferatu (2024) [Anna Harding]: Killed off-screen by Bill Skarsgård, after she sees him having just murdered her's and Aaron Taylor-Johnson's daughters'. Her fate is confirmed in the following scene when her and her daughters' funeral takes place. Her body is shown later on in the film when Aaron commits necrophilia on her body, just before he also dies. Their bodies are then burned afterwards, by Nicholas Hoult, Willem Dafoe and Ralph Ineson.

Pennyworth: Lady Penelope (2019) [Esme Winikus]: Dies off-screen after the back of her head is bashed against the floor by Charlie Woodward.

Black Mirror: Hotel Reverie (2025) [Dorothy/Clara]: Playing a dual role, Dorothy dies of a drug overdose several years before the episode's premise; her death is revealed when Issa Rae watches an archived video of a news report covering the story, and she appears throughout the episode as her film-within-the-film character Clara. Clara is shot to death by police after she shoots and kills Farid Larbi; she dies in Issa's arms as the film-within-the-film comes to an end.
