(It later turns out that the vision was a demonic trick by George D. Wallace, and that it will not come true.)
- Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chosen (2003) [Anya Jenkins]: Slashed to death with a sword by one of the Bringers while protecting Thomas Lenk during the vampires' attack on the school.
- Once Upon a Time: True North (2012) [The Blind Witch]: Pushed into an oven by Karley Scott Collins and Quinn Lord, which is then lit by Lana Parrilla.
- Fear the Walking Dead: Eye of the Beholder (2017) [Tracy Otto]: In a conversation between Kim Dickens and Emma's son (Daniel Sharman), she is mentioned to have died from complications, due to her alcoholism before the events of the series. She later appears in the episode Teotwawki in a doomsday preparation video made by her husband (Dayton Callie).
