The Ghost and the Darkness (1996) [Helena Patterson]: Mauled to death by a lion when it suddenly attacks her at a train station; the scene turns out to be Val Kilmer's dream sequence, and she survives the movie in reality. (Thanks to AM)
Scream 3 (2000) [Angelina Tyler]: Stabbed to death by Scott Foley on a staircase.
Young Adam (2003) [Cathie Dimly]: Drowned when she falls into the river, while Ewan McGregor looks on without helping her (knowing she can't swim).
