Film Deaths
- The Ghost and the Darkness (1996) [Helena Patterson]: Mauled to death by a lion when it suddenly attacks her at a train station; the scene turns out to be Val Kilmer's dream sequence, and she survives the movie in reality. (Thanks to AM)
- Scream 3 (2000) [Angelina Tyler]: Stabbed to death by Ghostface (Scott Foley) on a staircase in Lance Henriksen's mansion. Her body is shown afterwards when Courteney Cox and Parker Posey discover it.
- Young Adam (2003) [Cathie Dimly]: Drowned when she falls into the river, while Ewan McGregor looks on without helping her (knowing she can't swim). Her body is shown being pulled out of the water at the beginning of the movie, and her death is shown in a flashback later on. (Nudity alert: Rear) (Thanks to Eric and Federica)
