- Arrow: Legends of Yesterday (2015) [Felicity Smoak]: Vaporized (along with Katie Cassidy, Danielle Panabaker and David Ramsey) when Casper Crump causes a megablast from the Staff of Horus (This timeline is altered, however, due to Grant Gustin running fast enough to go back to the previous day, so Emily is still alive in the present time).
- Legends of Tomorrow: Doomworld (2017) [Felicity Smoak - Aberration]: Neck snapped by Caity Lotz on Neal McDonough's order as Emily is on her knees. It happens on an alternate reality.Her original character remains alive when that reality is changed.
- Arrow: Inmate 4587 (2018) [Felicity Smoak]: Shot in the chest by Kirk Acevedo in what is revealed to be Stephen Amell's nightmare. Emily survives the episode in reality.
- Arrow: Fadeout (2020) [Felicity Smoak]: Sent to the afterlife by LaMonica Garrett so she can be reunited with Stephen Amell.
