Dante's Hotel (2023) [Detective Hector Pasado]: Swarmed by demons as he fires his gun at them. This is later undone when AnnaLynne McCord goes back in time to prevent the demon swarm occuring.

L.A. Heat: Cop Killer (1999) [Officer Miller]:
The Shield: Greenlit (2003) [Navarro Quintero] Stabbed to death in prison. The hit was ordered by his brother (Danny Pino).
CSI: NY: Point of No Return (2009) [Steve Alvarez]: Shot in the neck by Carmine Giovinazzo; he dies while talking to Carmine and Gary Sinise.
Z Nation: Heart of Darkness (2016) [Hector "Escorpion" Alvarez]: Stabbed to death by Matt Cedeño. (He doesn't return as a zombie due to having a vaccine injected into him before death. However, when the episode ends he returns to life with eyes that are not his normal human eyes, or zombie eyes. His fate is left unknown.)
