Emilo Estevez's death in Mission Impossible (1996)

Emilio Estevez (1962 - )

Film DeathsEdit

  • Wisdom (1986) [John Wisdom]: Shot repeatedly in the chest by police after he points an unloaded gun at them; he dies shortly afterwards while talking to William Allen Young. (After his death, the scene dissolves to Emilio lying back in the bathtub, suggesting that the entire crime-spree portion of the movie has just been his daydream.)
  • Mission: Impossible (1996) [Jack Harmon]: Stabbed in the face by spikes at the top of an elevator shaft, when Jon Voight tampers with the elevator's controls while Emilio is on top of the car.
  • The Way (2010) [Daniel Avery]: Killed (off screen) in a storm while going on a religious hike up a mountain; his death is confirmed when his father (Martin Sheen) is told and Estevez is only seen in flashbacks and visions that Sheen has.

TV DeathsEdit

  • Rated X (2000 TV) [Jim Mitchell]: Dies (off-screen) of natural causes. (Thanks to Robert)

Note: the film Young Guns II depicts him surviving the gunfight with William L. Petersen and narrating the film as an old man. (On the theory that "Billy the Kid" wasn't killed by "Pat Garrett").
